1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MNJ-TOPIK ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MNJ-TOPIK provides an online platform for practicing EPS-TOPIK Korean language exams. The Service includes practice exams, performance analytics, certificates, and teacher-student management tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Roles

Students: May take exams, view analytics, earn certificates, and interact with assigned teachers.

Teachers: May create exam papers, manage students, run live exams, and manage subscriptions. Teachers are responsible for the content they create and the students they manage.

5. Exam Content

All exam questions and materials on MNJ-TOPIK are practice content for educational purposes only. They do not represent actual EPS-TOPIK exam questions. We make no guarantees about exam outcomes based on practice performance.

6. Payments

Some features may require payment through teacher-managed subscriptions. Payment terms are set by individual teachers. MNJ-TOPIK facilitates payments but is not responsible for disputes between students and teachers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and educational content, is the property of MNJ-TOPIK. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data
  • Sharing exam content, screenshots, or answers externally
  • Impersonating other users or providing false information
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Spamming, harassing, or abusing other users

9. Limitation of Liability

MNJ-TOPIK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, interruption of service, or exam outcomes.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels.
